1.About this BCP proposal

  • 1-1.Purpose

    BCP (Business Continuity Plan) is a plan for companies to continue their business in the event of an emergency such as a natural disaster, a fire, or a terrorist attack, to minimize the loss of the company's assets, to continue important business, or to resume work as quickly as possible, in the event of an emergency such as a natural disaster, a fire, or a terrorist attack.

    This BCP clarifies the action plan of the company's related functions in advance in order to minimize damage in the event of air pollution, make decisions on emergency responses when limited production of air pollution expands, and quickly and accurately implement the actions of each department.

2. Preventive measures

  • 2-1.Disaster assumptions

    This BCP assumes that a serious air pollution disaster has occurred, and the following is an example of air pollution in Shanghai, which generally occurs between October and January of the following year. Generally, the yellow warning limits production by 30%, the orange warning limits production by 40%, and the red warning limits production by 50%. When the Fengxian District Ecological and Environmental Bureau (through the Management Committee of the Development Zone) has other requirements, it shall be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the local government.

  • 2-2.Disaster mitigation measures

    Based on the assumed disasters of 2-1, in the event of a crisis, overall mitigation measures must be implemented in advance to minimize damage loss

3.Responding of a crisis occurred

  • 3-1.Emergency response system

    (1) This is the company's countermeasure system in the event of a crisis. For details, please refer to "BCP Appendix (3) Emergency Countermeasure System".

    Commander of the NW-S Crisis Management Committee is the General Manager, Assistant of Commander is the Minister of Manufacturing, Secretary is the Director of General Affairs and Personnel Dept. The heads of each department are members of the Crisis Management Committee and are responsible for the crisis management of their departments.

    (2) Responsibilities of each department

    The necessary functions and basic responsibilities for a countermeasure system in the event of a crisis are as follows.

    Damage Information collected by each department should be report to the committee
    Regarding worker commander evacuation, work plan and production plan, it decides by chairman according to the customers’ response plan. In addition, the secretariat will notify all members of the company.
