Dantotsu Activities
Dantotsu means a multi-team quality circle in a short period focused on the DRR improvement of the specified manufacturing process or line. We carry out this activity on the Friction Plate production line, and members of all departments work closely. Through QC analysis, we explore the real reasons of the problems and spread the successful experience, which makes a contribution to the production activities.
